Pilates that meets you where you are

Pilates isn’t about being “flexible enough” or “fit enough” to start. It’s about building strength, control and confidence from the inside out.

My classes are taught in a more classical Pilates style, with modifications and options available to support a wide range of needs, including:

  • Lower back pain

  • Sciatica

  • Shoulder and neck tension

  • Postural issues

  • Tight hips and general stiffness

  • Returning to movement after a break

You can expect friendly, focused sessions that leave you feeling stronger, more mobile and more energised.

Mat Pilates

Small group mat Pilates classes with varied sessions that can include equipment such as resistance bands, Pilates rings and small weights. Expect a supportive class environment with clear guidance and options for different abilities.

Looking for something a little different? My Reformer / Mat Circuit class is a fun and effective way to build full body strength, combining the best of both Mat and Reformer Pilates in one session.

Hi, I’m Peggy

I’m the founder of Mind Body Soul – Pilates and Sports Massage Therapy.

My love for Pilates started back in 2015 when I attended regular local classes — and over time I turned a hobby into a career.

I qualified as a Mat Pilates Teacher in 2018, gained my Reformer Pilates Qualification in 2019, and qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2025.

My goal is simple: to help you feel stronger, move better, and enjoy your body more — whether you’re here for fitness, recovery or pain relief.

New to Pilates?

  • Do I need experience? Not at all — beginners are very welcome.

  • Will it suit me if I have pain or injuries? Many clients come to Pilates for support with common issues like back pain, sciatica, and tight shoulders. Everything can be adapted.

  • What should I bring? Just comfortable clothing you can move in and a bottle of water.
